Pentouch Proofreading ServicesWe are deeply committed to serving our clients with only the highest standard of professional business ethics. We can supply range estimates or flat-rate estimates. If we quote a range estimate, the total billed may fall below the lowest cost projection but will absolutely never exceed the high end estimate. Our clients are never presented with a surprise invoice in an amount over the initial agreed-upon estimated cost range.

Fees are calculated on a per-project basis.

Estimates are calculated based on formulas developed by editorial and virtual assistance industry associations which factor in the total number of words/pages in a document and the rate of pages per hour that correspond to the level of editing or other work the project will require.

After we reach a agreement on terms, Pentouch will provide a written letter of agreement to the client which must be signed before work begins.

We offer flexible payment terms for all projects over $500. Our two most popular billing cycles are “The Third” (1/3 on deposit, 1/3 at one-half completion, and the final 1/3 when the project is completed) or “The Half” (50% on deposit and the balance upon completion), but we will accommodate any reasonable arrangement.

Payment may be made via PayPal using our payments form or by mail to PO Box 542711, Grand Prairie TX 75054-2711. FedEx, UPS, or other shipping methods requiring a signature should be sent to our physical address.

Rush fees of 20% of the total project cost may be assessed for projects with deadlines of 48 hours or less and 30% for jobs assigned on Thursday or Friday and due on Monday or Tuesday.

If a project is terminated by client for any reason prior to completion, Pentouch is entitled to payment for all hours invested to that point.
